Archadeck has been designing and building custom outdoor spaces since 1980.  We are the largest porch and deck builder, with locally-owned and operated locations across North America.  Our design-build process ensures that you receive a totally custom outdoor space, tailored to your personal style and intended usage – your ideal in outdoor living.

Porches

We design and build a variety of porch types, including open/covered porches, screened porches, and multi-season rooms.  Our porch designs often include luxurious amenities, such as convertible vinyl windows, outdoor porch fireplaces, radiant heating, skylights, ceiling fans, and custom lighting installations.

Decks

We offer a number of decking options, including pressure-treated wood, cedar, Brazilian hardwood, and composite and vinyl decking brands for decades of low-maintenance enjoyment.  We build decks in all shapes and sizes, for any intended use.  From multi-story deck designs to low-to-grade decks with built-in bench seating – we can custom-build the deck you have always dreamed of having.  Many of our deck designs include lighted deck stairs and lighted railing, for ultimate use.

Patios

We build patios using natural stone, such as flagstone, bluestone, and travertine, as well as cultured stone and other man-made paver materials.  Our custom patio designs often include additional amenities, such as outdoor fireplaces, firepits, seating and retention walls, and built-in outdoor kitchens.

Sunrooms

Our custom sunroom designs offer clients the ability to use their outdoor living space year-round.  Our sunrooms are complete room additions with heating and cooling capabilities that allow for use in every season – rain, snow, or shine.  Sunrooms include walls of windows and even skylights for ultimate sunlight entry, giving the feeling of being outdoors, even though you are in a completely enclosed, climate-controlled space.

Outdoor Living Extras

At Archadeck, our goal is to always give clients the space they most long for.  Our outdoor living accessories offer a little something extra to the typical outdoor living space.  These extras include custom wood, aluminum, and vinyl pergolas and trellises; roofs built over a portion of an open patio or deck, complete outdoor kitchens that include cold storage, warming drawers, sinks, and snack bars; wood privacy walls – and so much more!

Our Design Process

Archadeck’s unique custom design consultation offers each client the ability to collaborate directly with their design-builder, in the comfort of their own home, to create the outdoor living area they dream of.  This thorough consultation gives us the opportunity to see the space in which your project will be built.  We can walk through to measure, note slopes or areas of concern, discern required set-backs per local building codes, and determine the shape and size of your project.  You will be able to look at previous project examples, as well as see and feel building product samples, such as composite decking and hardscape materials.  After your complimentary consultation, your Archadeck designer will create 3-D renderings for your project, where you will be able to visualize your intended design.

Project Quote & Contract

Once you approve your design, a complete material specification and quote will be created.  Your quote will not only include material and labor costs, but also encompasses the cost for project permitting.  The best part is, Archadeck takes care of all required permitting on your behalf.  Upon approval of your design and materials, you will sign your custom building contract and be added to our building schedule.

Licensed & Insured

With Archadeck, you can rest easy, knowing that your project is being performed by a licensed and insured contractor.  Archadeck corporate offers a minimum of $1M of additional liability insurance and workers compensation for added peace of mind.

Warranties & Building Guarantee

Each Archadeck project is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty, five-year structural warranty, and various manufacturer’s warranties on the products used to construct the project.  What’s more, the Archadeck corporate guarantee ensures that your project will be built per price and specifications should issues arise with the Archadeck location, who you are under contract with.
